We use information to provide and secure ELECTRICAL HQ, authenticate users, process uploaded material, generate AI-assisted outputs, maintain review history, administer launch access and marketplace listings, provide support, troubleshoot faults and improve service reliability.

Only upload information you are authorised to use. If a report, photograph, contract, test record or other file contains another person's information or confidential client/site information, you are responsible for having an appropriate basis to provide it for the requested purpose.

Payment providers may also be used when ELECTRICAL HQ billing is enabled.
