About ELECTRICAL HQ
ELECTRICAL HQ is built around the knowledge and work practices of Australian electricians, contractors and supervisors. People provide the job evidence and professional judgement. AI helps review technical work, organise the evidence and support commercial decisions.
The platform covers the work electrical teams deal with every day: service reports, quotations, fault finding, scopes of work, planned maintenance, contract compliance, parts and supplier information, field reporting and asset history. Its electrical context spans domestic, commercial and industrial installations including switchboards, circuits, protection, cabling, earthing, lighting, motors and drives, generators and UPS systems, solar PV, batteries and EV charging.
Job evidence and human judgement come first. AI helps assess the information, but supplied standards, legislation, regulator guidance, network rules, manufacturer information and contract documents stay clearly identified. The licensed or authorised person makes the final decision.
The system is deliberately sceptical where evidence is weak. A photograph proves only what is visible. Attendance proves presence, not completion of every task. A service note can support work that it specifically describes, while a required test or compliance statement should be backed by the appropriate record or authoritative source where applicable.
Electrical work is jurisdiction- and risk-sensitive. ELECTRICAL HQ is not a certifier and does not replace a licensed or authorised electrical practitioner, safe-work procedure, current legislation, regulator requirements, applicable AS/NZS documents, DNSP/service rules or manufacturer instructions.
